Welcome to the site of my upcoming project:

"ALTRAZAN"

Voices of the River

This is a project I've been working on in bits and pieces for several years, but now I've finally got everything I need to power my way through this. I hope to have it done within a year or so. 

Altrazan is the fusion of my two favorite things: "Comics" and "Animation." It will be an online html hosted story, half graphic novel, half movie clips and animated GIFs. In other words: We're going to "Watch a Comicbook".... Or is that "Read a Movie?"

I call it: The Interactive Graphic Novel.

The point in all of this is to essentially create a movie out of a web-comic; A little bit of animation in the comics, a little bit of comic-book in the animation.

What kind of movie? My favorite of course... the Animated Feature Film. In other words, I'm making a "Disney Movie" with the same kind of story, artwork, characters, composition, even right down to the characters actually, breaking into song on occasion. That's right. I'm going all in on this.

Altrazan made it's first public appearance last weekend, 

at the Multiverse-AVL GeekOut 2015 Comic convention.

We dropped in at UNCA in Asheville, NC and set up a table.

Oh yeah, Kit the Car was there too. He didn't say much... 

 

...but he was there helping people charge their batteries.

HAPPY EASTER!

Since it's almost Easter I figured I'd share some animation themed Easter eggs with you.

So for those of you who don't know; an "Easter Egg" in a movie is a hidden reference to a related something else from pop culture (usually another movie.)

Disney movies are full of these.

Scar from "The Lion King" in "Hercules"

Rapunzel from "Tangled" in "Frozen"

Nemo from "Finding Nemo" in "Monsters Inc."

But this year "BIG Hero 6" has pretty much topped the charts with what appears to be nearing somewhere around 200 different Easter Eggs... And Counting.

Overdue Update

I know it's been a while since I posted anything.

Situations have come up. Production's been slowed.
We may have to push the release date back to 2016.

We're Back in the Saddle!

Things are back to normal. In fact things are better than ever.
Expect some major updates soon.

THE PATIENT

MY COMPUTER IS SICK :(

I'm writing this from a netbook at work because my computer has died.

Well not quite. Not yet anyway, but doctors say it doesn't look good.

The diagnosis is that it needs a motherboard transplant.
We're on the waiting list.

Please pray for my computer.

Until it's fixed, I won't be able to give you any cool amazing stuff.

2 weeks (and almost $200 later), the old GIB-2000 is up and running.
I'm Back in Business!

Now it's time to get booking because as they say: "The Show Must Go On"
